The lines look pretty good, they look to be isometric. The image does look a little blurry so I believe that there is unnecessary pixels. The diagonal lines look pretty good but it looks a little hard to tell. The palette looks good the shadow is very good and so is the tone. The highlight looks pretty perfect for the roof.
Your shape doesn't seem to be completely isometric, there are definitely some perspective errors. Also make sure you save your file in the right format to avoid blurriness.
It looks like the top corner of the shape is too far skewed and the converging line to the tip of the pyramid is also askew
